This kids bathroom was in need of serious TLC.  Take a look at the pictures below... 

Years of water splashing caused the floor to be unsafe.  Replaced the subfloor, replaced vinyl flooring with allure flooring, replaced drywall, textured and painted, removed popcorn ceiling and replaced with orange peel, installed new vanity with sink, tub and toilet.
